I really enjoy teaching, therefore this is something I do. Prior to beginning the lessons, I make sure to assess the students' level of subject knowledge. From there, I proceed at a pace that allows the students to grasp concepts and gain a clear understanding of the material. In order to encourage students to share their questions and work together to find answers, I try to establish a relaxed atmosphere in my classrooms. I make it a point to teach my students everything I know.
