Hi guys,
I am Julie Aphraim, I've a been yoga teacher for the past one decade with various certifications. I have been teaching kinder gardeners to adults in these past years. I have been teaching professional yoga. I can give beneficial advice and assistance to my students.
I have proficiency in various breathing and relaxation techniques which is my area of expertise because it is required for everyones well being.

Having said this my interpersonal and communication skills ease my work while working with students and am comfortable teaching yoga based on history of participants.
