Clearly communicate to students the specific goals and objectives for each lesson or topic, which will help students understand and provide direction on what to learn and achieve. Encourage active participation and regular assessments.
Teaching methodology may change by looking in the students requirements.
Qualities:
I always try to have a thorough knowledge of what I am teaching. Since good communication is a key to good teaching, so I try to communicate the lecture in a way the students understand well. I prefer to teach in a way which suits the students most.
I try to ensure that students fell respected and motivated to learn.

    I was a Physics Tutor where I was responsible to engage student with good learning environment. I was responsible for teaching 8th, 9th, and 10th grade Students.
    We were conducting weekly basis quizzes and three major exams annually. Teacher was also responsible to ensure discipline.
