I'm a type of a teacher who believes that a student knows something, therefore I start from what they know to what they do not know.
I provide my students with an opportunity to interact with the subject matter, carry out research and the report their findings. Then, we analyze their feedback and clarify the areas of difficulties.
I believe in learner-centered pedagogies.
I'm happy when low achievers gain something at the end of the session.
I always prefer to have a one-on-one interaction with the low achievers as the level of difficulties vary from one learner to the other.
