Hello,
I am an ex-agricultural scientist turned academician. My classes are online but practical based. Art integration, simulations, practical work using kitchen items and flip-based model of classrooms are my teaching strategies. So while students learn conceptual chemistry, they also explore on their own and enjoy the process. My vision is to help students fall in love with the process of learning and be a learner while also empowering and inspiring them- as you know, empowerment is an integral part of the learning and teaching process.
Generally, my teaching is more of a conversation based on real-life examples, deductions and inductive process.
