My personal philosophy of teaching is to identify potentials of students and educate them accordingly.
I have to develop teaching plan to cover the topic with its timeline and timetable and align the lesson plan with student learning outcome(SLOs).
My philosophy is deliver the lesson plan to actual teaching learning process, demonstrate in classroom and provide feedback to students for improving their learning.
My aim is providing equal opportunity of quality education to all children and the youth of all over the word to realize their full potential and contribute to the development of society and economy creating a sense of nationhood and inculcating values of tolerance, social justice and democracy.
