Aside from the idea that teaching is my passion, teaching also give me the satisfaction and also the happiness. I have that eagerness to teach and share ideas to my learners.
It is also that things that i enjoyed the most because it gives me opportunity to share what i have learn and what knowledge could i share to them in various discipline.
Teaching also give me the opportunity to recognized the individual differences of the learners. Yes i do believe that every learners has an individual differences and thats the teacher should possess as well. Through this the teacher and learners may build a strong connection with each other and that is the other way in keeping the lesson more interesting to them. The moment that we value them within their individual differences, will give a positive impact to the teacher and most of all to our learners.

Teachers are required to think strategically when making lesson to cater all the learning styles. They also have to be flexible while actively teaching, as they make adjustments in real time based on student performance. The most challenging aspect in teaching is that getting the attention of the learners. Because we cannot deny the fact that there were learners who are not interested in a certain lesson. Another thing is that the learner is bored, lazy to learn, playful, and other things that serve as an excuses by the learners. But that was the idea of an individual differences of the learner. And since we are the molder of the youth, we expect those behavior, And with that we have to be patience, and understand them. That’s why we are here to encourage them to learn. And through the application of the different strategies in learning, we can help them to focus and understand well the lesson. We are here to guide and facilitate them.
