First of all I give self confidence to students for what they are...what are there hidden skills..how they can achieve their goals in life.
Moreover I use different methodologies for different kinda of students according to their psychological needs.
I counsel the students for releasing their stress regarding their stress...that shows good results.
Mostly students need to make them realize that they can do or complete the tasks what they are having...they are just worried about they won't get success or achievement..but it's really their fear mostly...they can do with pure and intuition.All of you can do it...be hopefull
