I prefer practical teachings and mostly produce good results. Normally use learner centre approach in teaching .I take time to listen to learner's inquiry and my style of teaching makes me a great teacher. Giving assignments and marking them on time. Revising difficult assignment with learner's. Encouraging weak learner's to put more effort. Appreciating gifted learner's. Involving all sort of learner's in class.changing the mindset of learner's towards the subject. Taking full ownership of my class. Reprimanding learners who abscond my class.motivating those learners who are active in my class
