Teaching has been my best professional.i employ different teaching methodology to ensure i meet my learners need.My teaching is learned centered and not teacher centered.I ensure i have content to be delivered by doing thorough research.

I like engaging my learners into group work activities,oral questions and doing a lot of research work.I give room for opinion in case the learners don't agree with my point of view.They are given opportunity to share what they think.

Learners learn best by what they hear and see.But learning can be made best by what a person does.As a teacher,I mostly base my teaching on group work because it is through group work that every learner participate in whatever work that was given by the teacher.

Also some of the things which makes learning enjoyable is the use of visual and audio visual teaching methodology.

What makes me a great teacher is my ability to capture learners attention by teaching every learner at an individual level.I got to know their strength and weaknesses.In case of weakness we get to find ways of making the weaknesses to be the strength.
