i ensure that students understand the topic thoroughly. conduct tests and practice lessons to help them to revise the chapter. the students when leaves the class, they themselves get satisfied of the inputs providrd to them. they realise the value of money they spent. if the stenography course is completed by them, they get the job in government sector or become a successful teacher. my teaching methods make learning simple and easy to understand even for beginners. not only stenography but after my classes there is also an improvement in their spoken and written english.
