I have been in this profession for 12 years now and l love facilitating learning rather than teaching because l guide my students as they perform the task and by doing so the learners grasp important points of the content and also retaining what they have learnt became easy for them.Being in primary school has given me a chance to tackle different grades from 1to grade 8in various subject and am proud because quality results were my evidence. Mentoring my learners to belief in themselves is another strategy that have work in my class.Every child is unique in their own special way,they just need one person to encourage them and they will do marvellous things.
