Hello!,
My name is Charles Musumba. I am an experienced homeschooling teacher. I hold a degree in Bachelor of Education Arts, specializing in Mathematics and Business, which I obtained from the University of Nairobi. In addition to my academic qualifications, I have undergone a leadership development program at Lapid Leaders Africa, where I gained valuable skills such as design thinking, Canva design, teamwork, organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and effective communication.
I have also participated in the Ajira Digital Training Program, where I completed a program in data entry and management. Through this program, I improved my skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, which are essential tools for organizing and presenting information effectively.
To further enhance my teaching abilities, I actively participated in a teaching program at Chavakali High School in western Kenya. After my internship, I volunteered my services and engaged in various responsibilities, including classroom organization and content delivery. I also had the opportunity to provide guidance and counseling to students, particularly the prefects, to support their personal and academic development.
As a homeschooling teacher, I bring a diverse range of skills, including subject expertise in Mathematics and Business, effective communication, design thinking, technology proficiency, and experience in classroom management and student support. I am passionate about providing high-quality education and personalized instruction to homeschooled students, fostering their academic growth and overall development
