I would be so glad to be part of your kids aspiring journey. I have prior experience in teaching and i rely on student centered discussion, reflection and mostly visual representation along with participatory lectures to convey the concept. My style of teaching would largely focus on assessing the strength of the student and utilising it to engage with them and use it as a medium to convey and make them understand the concept. The results can be both academically and personally felt as it would be definitely contribute to the students personal development and academic growth. With the participatory and strength based approach, the students doesn't have to feel the pressure.
