My teaching philosophy revolves around fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where each student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. I am adept at differentiating instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities, ensuring that all students receive a personalized educational experience.
My experience working with students from various backgrounds has equipped me with the ability to differentiate instruction effectively and address the individual needs of each student and also my experience extends beyond the classroom. I have actively participated in curriculum development, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher collaboration initiatives.
I am also proficient in ENGLISH,TAMIL,HINDI and possess strong interpersonal skills, which enable me to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, colleagues, and parents from diverse backgrounds.
