Dear all,
my teaching style and methodology and results are purely based on one on one discussions and diagnosis of customer about his past and present status of health and daily routine activities. based on that i take him gradually further to the next level of good lifestyle applications in his or her life due to his/her lifestyle disorders in past periods. alongwith the routine fitness Cycles, i guide him/her about the food and nutrients, liquids which he/she was not following properly and lots more. i wish my all students a better health ahead, be in smile and keep your happy always.
