I’m Dulmini Elapatha, an undergraduate student at the Informatics Institute of Technology,
who is a friendly, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented person with experience in teaching maths
for O/L students from the ‘Ganitha Saviya’ National project conducted by Sasnaka Sansada
Foundation.
I also have experience in teaching for 1 and a half years through online and home tutoring.
Also, I'm a qualified Western music teacher with experience of 6 months teaching for an international school.
I enjoy educating students in a straightforward manner, and my teaching approach is conducive to collaboration. I provide a safe environment for him or her to conquer their phobia of maths. I believe that my teaching style encourages pupils to become more interested in this subject. I begin each topic with the fundamentals and progressively go to the advanced level so that each student may link the topics to their knowledge and become a master of that field. I concentrate on practicing more because practice is the key to a high grade in this subject.
