As an experienced Mathematics teacher, I focus on understanding the students’ level of understanding, the best method suitable for their learning process and enable them to be able to be responsible for their own learning.

My teaching includes constant feedback and tracking of goals set together by the student and the teacher in order to progress in the learning process. Every subject can be made interesting provided they understand its application in real life.

Students I teach have become independent in their learning over a period of time with the constant support and learning techniques that have been practiced.

Differentiated learning has been adapted to suit the needs of different students. To be simple, don’t let the high performers get bored and don’t let the late bloomers blank. All students need to understand the topic, at their own level in there own pace.
