I am an award winning teacher who is dedicated and patient. I try to be fun.
The student's interest is at the heart of my teaching. I use many different strategies. I understand that students have different learning styles and I try to inculcate all the different methods that cater to different types of learning. I use audio, visual methods of teaching as well as kinesthetic and interpersonal, social, role play etc.( I have successfully staged ((written and directed with dialogue and music )) 5 different Shakespearen plays. )
I believe that students should have a rounded education. I believe in using the best practices.
I like to involve my students to do hands on activities and learn by practising the necessary skills of reading with complete comprehension; and write cohesively using the best vocabulary at their level.
I teach students to write in different styles. Students should understand the difference between applied language and Literary language.
I am proficient in teaching TOEFL and IELTS . I have also been an IELTS examiner.
My patience and humour have brought me much love from my students.
I also train Teachers at the B.Ed.Level.
I have presented twice at the PEAK, KUWAIT.
I believe in always refining my teaching skills to stay abreast of modern advancements .
I have fairly good in computer skills.
