Hello Students and Parents,
I am Shalu Rawat, an IIT Delhi graduate, a passionate and dedicated teacher with expertise in teaching physics to students of classes 9 to 12 for CBSE/JEE/NEET preparation. I emphasize a STUDENT-CENTRIC approach and believe in promoting an engaging and interactive environment, allowing students to actively participate in the learning process.

Teaching has been a lifelong journey for me that started during my school days thus gaining substantial teaching experience over time. Along this path, I have had the privilege of guiding and mentoring over 100 students, witnessing their remarkable growth in both their learning process and their academic achievements. I understand that every student has different strengths and areas of improvement, hence it becomes important to teach kids the process of learning not only for exams but for lifelong events.

TEACHING METHOD
In the classes I will be conducting, I prioritize small batch sizes to ensure each student receives personalized attention, thus addressing their individual weaknesses effectively. To achieve this, I have designed a range of approaches that will optimize their learning experience:
- WEEKLY TOPIC REVISION: Regular revision will be conducted through question-solving sessions and
tests/test discussion of the respective exams (JEE/NEET/CBSE), strengthening the understanding of
basic concepts and boosting confidence.

- PRE AND POST CLASS- WORK: Students will be provided with pre and post-class theory or
questions, enabling them to engage in critical thinking and enhance their problem-solving skills. This
approach encourages independent thinking and nurtures cognitive abilities.

- MONTHLY TESTS: To measure their progress, comprehensive tests will be conducted on a
monthly basis. This will highlight areas of improvement and guide further learning strategies.

- EXCLUSIVE MENTORSHIP SESSION: I believe in the importance of a strong mentor-student-parent
relationship. Hence, exclusive mentorship sessions will be organized for open communication and
collaboration. These sessions will allow us to discuss the student's progress, address concerns, and
set goals together.
By implementing these methods, I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment so that students will not feel alone in this journey of learning.
