I teach with usual grammer teaching method for the students below average and below metric and give lecture to the elders,my results are so amazing because of my extra hardwork and teaching same topics to the students again and again untill they understood, i am time conscious teacher so that is also a plus point for good results,the only thing that makes me great teacher is that i usually find some of very weak students in class in offline teachings and then teach again by different methods untill they can individually understand the assignments. I teached in University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and also teached in several local yet most famous college and as an SST on volunteer basis in a government school for some time.
