For me i take my level to the student level where i can easily understand the level at wgich they are lacking. I teach a student in the best possible and friendly and yes most importantly conceptual way. I keep on asking questions on daily basis even from previous work so that the student itself comes up with sometimes new question and remain to the fact that he/ she can now do the best. I give examples from daily routine and even use simple but most effective techniques through which a child can learn and even remain on these concepts till his/ her future
