I think teaching also a learning process that's why I make the classroom with an interaction section. Both sides of idea generated in my classroom. Each piece of knowledge will lead to a an excellent person.
In my career I'm completed 5 years of teaching and also 2 years working as a trainer. I received my students success stories make me over the moon. Around 90% of my students makes their life with success.
I believe that a students should be asked valuable questions to the trainers and need to clarify each and every queries. It's lead them to open up in a public place or even they are capable of asking questions and acquire their rights and needs. In modern era we need that power and strength from their classrooms and from their masters. So believe in your skill and knowledge, enhance them with your learnings and make them to an opportunity to open up. We need this type of characters in future.
