I would describe it as results driven. Due to the fact that I typically work with students one-on-one, I always make sure to clearly define the goals for each one. Not what I want to achieve, but what they want to achieve, and what they expect from our cooperation. Then, considering their current language skills, and personality, I come up with a clear plan for the entire year. This includes some milestones and tests, to evaluate our progress regularly. Then I choose my teaching methods, adjusting them to the plan and the ultimate goal we have with the student.
As a teacher, I am flexible, compassionate, self-disciplined, driven, and patient. These abilities make me an effective teacher. Depending on the needs of my students, I am capable of altering my teaching styles in order to ensure that they learn effectively.
