A yoga practitioner for six years and a teacher for the past three years. I began yoga as a medium to relax myself due to stress and anxiety but ended up having so many more benefits. Better immune system, stronger and flexible body, and ofcourse a better state of consciousness. Joining my class would make you more connected with you body as any movement perpetuates a sense of relaxation and comfort..Make your body stronger and flexible. Start today with me, we will work together towards healthy body, healthy mind. My teaching pattern includes a fifteen minutes warmup followed by standing and sitting sequences on asanas, each day working on one particular portion of the body and building it's muscles and mobility and ultimately ending it with pranayam and two minutes silence.
