My teaching style is more on student-centered teaching because my focus is to teach my student and to attend on their needs. As a teacher, I always want to make my lessons engaging and fun, I set up a mix instructional materials for learning, provide fun resources, and instructions, but the student must learn by doing the task. As the result of this teaching style I know my students will learn a lot by doing because they will increase their engagement and they will enhance outcomes. As a whole I have the desire, a positive attitude, and take risks on what i am doing, most specially Keeping students personal informations. I must know what motivates each student, and works with the student as a partner in learning, to have empathy,creative and caring.
As a role model I need to become flexible, compassionate, have self-discipline, drive and patience to reach my students. And it is my responsibility to consider state and local testing objectives when devising lesson plans and making sure students understand the materials on which they'll be tested
