First of all, I focus on the ability and intelligence level of students. I try to deal with the students according to their mental abilities and I focus on polishing the already available skills and introduce new one in my students. I focus on individual students and listen to their and try to solve them timely. I instill the ability in my students to be independent I order to polish their skills and knowledge. My main aim is to get them introduce with the concepts and logics. I don't allow them cramming.
