Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Victoria Charles, I currently reside in South Africa, I have matriculated from Saint Thomas Senior Secondary School with a bachelors pass. I see myself as a relentless problem-solver who does not shy away from a new challenge.

With extended knowledge influenced by Saint Thomas Senior Secondary School, I took an interest in teaching because of my English teacher's impact on my life, she not only took the time to explain the material to make sense to me but helped me understand that every form of intelligence is equally valuable.
I am enthusiastic, punctual, passionate and I work well under pressure,
My strength is I will do work with 100 percent dedication and I am a multitasker.

I would love the opportunity to educate a diverse group of students and develop highly effective teaching techniques. As well as implementing instructional methods which would allow me to educate all styles of learners, and foster a fun, engaging and a positive learning environment.
I believe that as an educator, developing a personal understanding of each and every learner should be your first priority in order to meet each student's unique needs. I would do this by assessing my students and tailoring lesson plans to accommodate multiple intelligences.

My approach to teaching would be to develop lessons by building them around educational standards. I would not teach by only testing in mind, my lesson plans would consist of more information than what they would need to know for the standardized tests. By giving regular assessments it would give me a better understanding of how well my students know and understand the material. I do believe that educators should be able to alter their teaching styles so that everyone of their students can learn effectively.
