I believe different learners learn in different ways. I have around four year experience of teaching undergraduate students. I believe having strong foundation knowledge of the subject goes a long way...and that's where we start always. I believe in clearing concepts instead of memorizing what can be understood.
With the paradigm shift in dental education to integrated modular system, need has arisen to modify teaching methods also especially keeping the current generation of students in focus. Me, myself being MHPE student currently, I have insight of new educational trends and methods which can make my teaching more affective.
