I am pragmatic in my approach which makes the student understand the material and also makes the student interested in learning as they appreciate the relevance of the knowledge and skills that would be imparted. The learner develops skills that are useful beyond the attainment of their qualification. This makes the learning process very effective not just in achieving the desired results but as a life changing process. I have experience with multiple learners with varying capabilities and with different time constraints. This makes me understand the objective from the learner's point of view which is critical for achieving the desired results.
