Motivation is what gets great results. My teaching style is based on understanding the student as an intelligent human being who needs a little push to achieve their goals. Education should never be a bottle neck. I strive to give my all, as I enjoy the subjects I teach and want the Students to enjoy them too.
Research is important for students to excel, teaching them to find alternative views and present them coherently is a core value for me.
Personalising the subjects is another method as the goal is tp make the student realise that the grade they aim for (A's Only) is their due for their hard work.
