Professor-Pharmacy with 16 years of Teaching & Research Experience.
I worked in CSIR-NBRI, Lucknow as a Young Scientist Fellow (Principal Investigator) funded by government of India, on Malnutrition, where I utilized skills in project design, data collection, analysis utilizing Excel, and a presentation and report on the interpretation of the data. I have also worked in CSIR-NBRI (Pharmacognosy Division), Lucknow in different research projects as Research Associate and Project Assistant funded by CSIR, ICAR, DST.
While working with CSIR-NBRI, I successfully applied my research skills and maintained the laboratory. I participated in planning experiments as well as evaluating test results. I monitored equipment performance and maintenance schedules. In addition to the lab work, I recorded, calculated, and analyzed data, prepared annual reports and written proposals for government funding. I worked closely with a team of researchers and learned the value of good lab practice.
I am currently working as a Professor & Head, R&D where beyond teaching pharmacognosy subject, I look after the research & innovative academic activities in the present institute, and have knowledge of Moodle, LMS, H5P, NAAC, NBA, Outcomes Based Education, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Content development, Video editing, MS Office & WordPress.
I have recently filed an Australian Innovation Patent in August 2021 & have also published more than 25 national & international research articles, Chapters in book and Conference Proceedings. I have also attended seminars and FDPs as a Speaker and published many abstracts in seminars and conferences
