I do have a mix style of teaching where in I can discussing style and delegating style for this students can learn by having an open discussion with them and allowing them to explore so they can have a first hand learning . As a result I find very effective in a way that whatever knowledge and skills they acquire it will be retain to them and it will be very useful. I am great teacher to my students because I allot time for them to approach me if they do have some queries and further elaborations .
