My teaching style is student centered where I engage the students to give their views about the lesson. This helps me to know the weaknesses of the students and how facilitate the lesson for them to understand. Other methods I use in teaching is I give test to my students after the end of every lesson .After that I mark and award marks according to performance of each student. This helps me to know exactly where each student have problem and I deal with it immediately. Those who get everything i congratulate them i encourage them to continue working hard. Other methods i use is motivating students by using practical examples. Motivation always make students feel encouraged and to realize that they have a lot of unexploited potentials. It makes the students to work more harder, My results have always been exceptional by applying the methods I have highlighted. Education trips is another method I use where I take my student to educative trips to interact with real life situations. This has been very helpful to the learners.
