Yoga is something that feeds our soul. It is a spiritual practice which relieves us of many ailments physically. Moreover, exercise can strengthen our bodies and also sharpen our intellect and steady our emotions.

My teaching technique:
Yoga poses, Pranayama and Asanas, Group
instruction, Safety techniques, Demonstrating exercises, Breathing exercises, Cyclic meditation and yoga Nithra meditation, Loosening exercise, Cleansing techniques.

One of my class sequence:
Opening rituals (0-3)
Grounding (5-10 minutes)
Warm Up/Integration (10-15 minutes)
Sun/Moon Salutations (15 minutes)
Standing/Balancing /Postures (20 minutes)
Seated/Supine Postures (10-15 minutes)
Savasana (10+ minutes)

I'll be your guide for this practice minutes. Remember that this is your practice so do what feels right for you. This means you can modify if you need to or increase the intensity if that's what your body needs. The challenge is to listen to your body
