EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY
I am an experienced classroom instructor, AS/A Level, IGCSE Geography, Psychology and Global perspectives Cambridge Examiner and mentor. I have worked with international schools to design, develop, and deliver programmes of instruction for Key stage 3, Key stage 4, AS/A level. Specific expertise in teaching Geography, Psychology and Global perspectives.
My education philosophy puts the student at the center of learning experience. I aim to provide interesting, stimulating, and challenging lessons that reflect and develop students` abilities and interests. I believe it is important to foster in-
depth relationships with students so that they feel safe and are willing to take risks in their learning, and able to ask for help when they need it. I also believe an emotionally safe environment in the classroom encourages an atmosphere of
cooperation, respect for others, and acceptance of individual differences.
I strongly believe in the learner centered holistic education that aims to develop lifelong learners. Through this approach, I always strive to contribute my share of bringing up the next generation of global citizens who are ready to accept multiple perspectives and embrace the uniqueness of multiculturalism by being culturally sensitive when solving 21 Century global issues.
I am committed to inquiry-based learning, and I believe in its effectiveness as a means of empowering students to construct their own understandings about themselves and the world around them.
Through the Cambridge learner attributes, I always remind my students to identify and relate to the behaviors of successful learners and global citizens and strive to be inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, open-minded, caring, risk-takers, balanced, and reflective.

I have produced the best results throughout the years and the best top students both in Kenya and internationally in the subjects I teach.
