1. Preparing a national immunization Dashboard shared by MoHFW to the states every month.
2. Preparing a national presentation on key RI indicators.
3. Preparing the State dashboards for high-priority states with an analytical presentation shared with states by MoHFW every month.
4. Capacity building of the state officials during state TOTs for various activities planned by the GOI.
5. Participating in different studies and strategies for straightening routine immunization in the country.
6. Developed the Immunization coverage monitoring tool which can be used at the National, State, and District level.
7. Preparing google sheets for national, state, and district-level covid-19 reporting.
8. Report the covid vaccination coverage to the MoHFW 4 times a day with other different requirements from the ministry.
9. Preparing and sharing PMO and HFM reports daily.
10. Preparing covid-19 immunization data as and when required by the supervisor/team lead.
11. Calculating vaccine wastage of covid-19 immunization drive.
12. To develop systems to monitor, compile and analyze Routine Immunization surveys, coverage, and monitoring data at District, State, and National levels.
13. To develop systems to monitor, compile and analyze data related to UIP, AHS, and other surveys.
14. To design and develop various application tools at National and sub-national levels.
15. To assist in designing and revision of data collection formats and analysis tools using Excel Macro Programming and STATA to fasten the process for the M&E team.
16. Liaise with states to validate all incoming data and to ensure timeliness, correctness, and completeness in data and summarized data analysis.
17. Ensure timely preparation/compilation and dissemination of data, maps, indicators, presentations, reports, and bulletins related to immunization to meet the ongoing requirements of the ITSU Team and MoHFW.
18. Ensure timely reporting of JE campaigns to MoHFW.
19. Preparing reports and analytical presentations of new vaccines (Rotavirus and pneumococcal conjugate vaccine).
20. Support supervisor/team lead in collating data from various sources including HMIS, RCH Portal, WHO/ NPSP Concurrent Monitoring, and others for preparation of Immunization Monthly Dashboards.
21. Taking initiatives to develop different tools for ease of analysis of the data at the District/State or national level.
