I've been a teaching for five years already, and I believe my experience has equipped me to become the Mathematics teacher that my student needs. I encourage active participation among my students and create an opportunity for collaboration to make the teaching and learning process meaningful. I am patient enough to make my student understand the concepts and be able to solve problems with no fear, but with full confidence. I trigger the creative and critical thinking skills of my students by simply allowing them to make mistakes during the learning process. I always want to hear feedbacks from my students to improve my style that will better fit them, and I make sure to remind them that teaching and learning is a process where the teacher helps the learner to discover her potential and be a better version of oneself. And lastly, I don't simply teach content, I am teaching my students how to learn because I've always believe that there is power in independent learning - we just have to help our students achieve it.
