I am always prepared, set clear and fair expectations, have a positive attitude, are patient with students, and assess my teaching on a regular basis. I am able to adjust ny teaching strategies to fit both my students and the material, recognizing that different students learn in different ways. When it comes to learning, the importance of great teachers can't be underestimated, not least because teachers have a significant influence on student achievement. Almost everyone can name a teacher who stands out in their memory because they were particularly engaging, encouraging or inspiring. And I am proudly can say "I can be that teacher".
