I prefer practical way to theoretical while teaching. For example, When teaching accounting, I focus on solving a practical problem rather than making the students about the theory - all abouts. Similarly, If I teach English, I just initially check the level of the students in English, then highlight on their weaknesses. Accordingly, I approach, instruct, and teach what they need to get it. One of my weaknesses is I repeat more than it requires since most students are weak to apprehend initially, and thus I can get the worthy outcome from students. I love asking students repeatedly If they find it hard anyway and I do strive to make a way to make the topics easier to them. However, I do take time and manage to clarify things towards my students. Being loyal and honest to students could be unique from my side. Regarding weak and inattentive students, I manage motivate them why they are supposed to concentrate on their studies explaining the reality of the contemporary world. Since I taught in English medium institution in abroad, I have got a level ahead of the skills in teaching English.
