To be a great teacher, I will set high expectations for all my students. I do believe that all students can and will achieve excellence in their classroom and they don't give up on achievers. I have to engage my students and get them to look at issues differently. I will use facts as my beginning or starting point. I will allow all my students to ask me why questions in order for them to answer their queries. I want my students to look at all sides and encourage them to do their best. I have to give a clear idea of what they will be learning, what homework or assignments have learning goals, and give my students an opportunity to practice new skills.
I am a teacher who is always prepared and organized, has strong relationships with my students, accessible, enthusiastic, and caring. I am a very helpful teacher, always on the go. I always keep my students motivated with varied, lively approaches.
With regard to my expertise, I always spend time continuing to gain new knowledge and am happy to share it with all my students.
