By using the Flipped Classroom teaching style, I believe that I can provide a more engaging and effective learning experience for my students. I will provide additional resources and support to students who may have challenges with the technology or the learning process, and I will continuously monitor and adjust my teaching approach based on student feedback and progress.
The Flipped Classroom teaching style allows for individualized learning, promotes active engagement and collaboration among students, and helps students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This teaching style also allows for more flexibility and adaptability in the learning process.
I will assess student learning through formative assessments such as quizzes, surveys and class discussions, as well as summative assessments such as exams and projects. I will also provide individualized feedback to students based on their progress and understanding of the concepts.
