Since two years i have been taking tution for students by offline. I do take classes till 10. I can also solve the homework or assignments questions for students who have doubts. I dont compell my studenys to study all the time but i do make understand them.. They consider me as a friend not as a teacher. Spoon feeding is a wrong way of teaching, instead we need to make them understand of each and every topic they learn. My method of teaching is that i prefer simple method rather than the tough method. I prefer my students not to copy the study pattern as others follow. Let them identify the way they can study. Each students have their own perspectives of studying. When i was a student i go to tution centers where more than 50 students are present and i have noticed that most of my friends wont be able to understand wht the teacher says, because of many students. Some of them have many doubts and they need to be clear it alone. So from my point of view, dont compell students to go for tution let them say.
