Myself Shamsa Nazir. I would shortly describe myself as a positive, energetic, knowledgeable, and industrious teacher. I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities
The qualities which make me a good teacher include: broad knowledge of subject matter.
enthusiasm, a caring attitude, and a love of learning; knowledge of discipline ability to cope with flactuating environment and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
I used various teaching methods like lecture method, drill and practice, student centred discussion, question answer method (depends upon topic of interest and student grade).
Probing and assessment on daily basis remain effective for good results of the students.
I also used white board for diagrams and problem solving.
I have a teaching experience of 06 years and have various techniques to make teaching learning process highly effective.
I have a teaching experience of multiple subjects like biology, chemistry, general science and botany.
Students feel free to ask me questions related to the subject at any time.
I also take lecture from internet before teaching and assure my preparation to the best of level before taking class.
I also focused on character building if students along with academics.
