My teaching style is mostly student centered. This helps me ensure that my learners are able to grasp what is being taught, interpret it easily and understand the content taught. I use teaching methods such as use of video and audio tapes, magazines, newspapers, charts among others . The end results are always incredible since my main agenda is the learner understanding what is being taught. the results are seen in their excellent perfomance in assignments given and improvement in class participation. What makes me a great teacher is the ability to understand that learners are different and understanding their abilities makes it easier to handle them during the lessons as well as enabling me as a teacher to know ways to approach them during the lessons. This helps improve their learning skills as well.
