I believe in the strength of every learner as an individual. I believe that each learner has in one way or another a special skill that we can build on. This philosophy has made me embrace learner centered approach but with a keen focus on time management and syllabus coverage. By making my lessons interactive, my learners are able to freely express their weakness and strength hence making it easier to teach and learn. After every unit and agreed upon time span, I offer random assessment cats to test the understanding of the concept. I also give learners take away assignments and revise with them all the done exams and cats
