I use the learner bases methodology...from known to unknown concepts using the most easiest yet recallerable methods in maths and business too.
Am a more results oriented,friendly but firm teacher teacher .I will interact with the learner from a personal level rather than the teacher level,attaching the concepts taught into real life situations and how they help us.
I give cats and assignments at the end of the class to rate the learner understanding and where he or she seems stuck ...proudly redo that . generally I do believe mathematics is life and as we breath we do maths all time . similarly business is life too ...as we live everything is about business hence if there are two subjects that mean the world to a learner are the two .
