I believe that students are like flowers and they should be nourished like that . I ask my students little questions to engage them during the lecture and it has great effect’s on results as they brainstorm about the activity and try to solve it on their own. Research also supports this methodology of teaching. I also try to use different colour scheme for pictorial representation of the topic to make it understandable. Small quizzes during the lecture like asking questions make students attentive and it has very good effect.
