I mainly focus on concept building...starting a topic from basics ...first assessing the students background knowledge about the topic..
Lectures are delivered in the form of simple diagrams and charts so that it would be easier for the students to understand the topic...
My major goal ov teaching is that the student would be able to memorize the concept /topic in that respective class timings...
Notes and summaries of the topics are also provided.
Regarding assessment ...
I prefer the daily assessment and monthly assessments of the topics taught...
Repetition of the topics after a month will help students revise the topics and make it easy to memorize.
I prefer one on one interactive type of teaching which is mainly student based..as it evokes more interest of the student.
I usually provide mnemonics and chart and tables making it easier for the students to learn.
Students are free to ask any question related to the topic and is repeated as many times until the student is able to understand the topic.
Strategies to solve the question are also taught so that students perform their best in the exam.
