Hi, it's mehwish here, I have done my masters in molecular biology. I had completed my early education from Australia. I have taught in many colleges and Schools as well as my dad has own school so I have started my early experience after my A_ levels. Now I m doing my post graduate research on Thyroid cancer for my PHD. I am an online tutor teaching different subjects from year kindergaden(nursery) to year 12 as well as higher level sciences with triple sciences biology, chemistry, physics and maths.
Firstly,I have different methods for different students to teach in tution class we can't tackle each student with same method. This technique is for schools as many students are there so teachers needs to concentrate and personally it's hard to tackle with them.
For lower grades students I mostly teach first then give some questions or worksheets according to student interest I mean behavior student is active dull sick disturbed accordingly like something attractive, relaxing, thinking,mental,reasoning, arithmetic, calculation, comprehensive and easy tricks or methods to make the topic attractive espically for maths and reasonings and to create student interest, intentions and to be focused.

Secondly, For higher grades I mostly ask to student about completed topic in school then for 8 to 10 minutes I orally ask some questions to judge the students how much is the student's progress if student answers properly do good then I move to next topic, follow the curriculum, teach the next topic, or worksheet, paper and questions related to recently covered topic, old topic or school test topic/ exam topic /assessments topic according to students mind.

sometimes students are tired or over whelmed with school work so according to interest or to create the student interest I talk to understand to behavior like if student is sick I give easy or some revision work. If student is active then according to that surprise test new topic with notes. I mostly focus during lecture to students for noting down the main headings or lecture for understanding and I check too that show me where is work if it's on notebook so share picture if it's on Google do or whiteboard or somewhere so I can see with share screen.
Thirdly, Whenever I teach I let the student to turn on camera and share screen so I can see either student is searching something or watching something or going back on computer or what student does if I deliver the lecture the student intentions are going around. So I send the topi link to student so student can open topic on his/her computer so he can't go back on his computer and I can get access of computer so I can check what's going on.

Fourthly, I use the online board same like notebook where I can paste papers worksheets or something numericals questions whatever so student can do at any time and during class I specifically see everything after class. I visit the student board if I give homework that student is doing or not. That board student can use any time he/she can add something by itself too if need any help as well student can type if troubling with writing.
I am espically having experience 6 years of online teaching in UK, India, Australia, USA, Qatar, Bahrain and internationally in different countries.
I am already teaching in different countries and I know well about specifications of, KS1, kS2, KS3, NAPLAN, SATS, 11 PLUS, 13 PLUS SATS, GCSE, IGCE, AS _ levels O levels and A_levels. I have all schools specifications including AQA, EDEXCEL, AQA TRIOLOGY, AQA SYNERGY, CAMBRIDGE and CIAE.
Espically For 11 + and NAPLAN I do work on Verbal reasoning, nonverbal reasoning, maths, English, grammar and after basics concepts I do past papers of 11 plus according to specification CGP or BONDS.

Intrestingly, I have different countries books with specific exam SPECIFICATIONS for higher grades GCSE, A levels, as well as past papers and revision cards with Fleshcards and prepared Quizes of specific topics. As well as I provide short notes to students related to specific chapter at the end of chapter with 1 mark questions, 2 marks al, 3 marks and 4 marks questions as well as paper 1 multiple choice questions notes and structural questions notes.

I conduct weekly test of completed topics and also preparation for school tests exams and homework if student want. As well as school topics and chapters revision every week.
After sallybus completion I do 5 years to 6 years past papers with students to solve to questions on time with proper time management, good impression of writing and questions solutions with full paper attempting way, also to make paper attractive and to create a good impression on examiner with proper headings and diagrams if needed in exams and according to question marks how we can attempt question and full paper on time.
In holidays like nowadays in UK students are free at home so I give homework according to family requirement some parents ask for homework so I give if there is no need espically for higher grades then I help in school homework.

Most important I give first trial class to student free of cost,if student like he can continue otherwise no need after half month I mostly get the charges.If any day bcz of some reason like health,family issue or any reason student couldn't join I would give makeup lesson or according to availablity of family I will manage time accordingly.

I also know how to tackle with special kids according to their school specification which kind of work I can give to special kids like how to make the things interesting with games ideas thinkings phonics sounds or to memorizing things.
